• Experience in child care industry preferred.
• Experience in creating engaging, age-appropriate activities is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for children, parents and visitors.
• Maintain attractive classroom displays and update Parent Board regularly.
• Create and implement timely, age-appropriate lesson plans and manage transitions.
• Supervise children during activities and apply positive discipline techniques.
• Ensure classroom appearance, cleanliness and safety are maintained.
• Complete classroom paperwork and communicate with families.
