Responsibilities

• Assist in managing classroom ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards.
• Provide a welcoming environment for children, parents and visitors.
• Maintain classroom displays and Parent Board with updates.
• Create and implement timely lesson plans aligned with Celebree curriculum.
• Support smooth classroom transitions and supervise activities.
• Counsel children using positive discipline techniques as needed.
• Ensure classroom appearance, cleanliness and safety are maintained.
• Complete classroom paperwork and communicate updates to families.
