Job summary

Enrichment Services Program Incorporated in Fort Gaines, GA seeks an aide to assist the classroom teacher in meeting IEP goals for children with disabilities.

You will collaborate with the Disability/Mental Health Specialist, participate in IEP meetings, provide one-on-one support, implement IEP goals, assist with diapering and potty training, and help maintain classroom ratios in a hands-on early childhood setting. This role requires patience and good communication to follow planned activities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum High School Diploma or General Education Degree (G.E.D.).
  • Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred.
  • Minimum one year experience with children three to five years of age.
  • Ability to read and implement strategies as outlined in IEPs for children.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.

Responsibilities
