Job summary

Liberty Elementary is seeking a Teacher Assistant to support instruction and assist the lead teacher in daily activities. You will help with one-on-one student support, small group work, and maintaining a secure testing environment as assigned.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, plus options for further coursework. You may need a NC driver's license and be willing to substitute on the school bus when required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or higher, and be able to obtain required credentials.
• Ability to monitor safety and well-being of students during activities.
• Willingness to obtain a NC bus driving license and substitute on bus when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with instruction and evaluate effectiveness.
