Job summary

Tomball Independent School District is seeking an Instructional Aide/Attendance at Northpointe Intermediate School in Tomball, TX for the 2026-2027 school year. The role supports classroom instruction, attendance tracking, and administrative tasks under a certified teacher.

Required: Associate degree or 48 college hours and a Texas Educational Aide certificate (recommended at hire). Experience with children and strong communication, organization, and computer skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree, two years (48 hours) of study at an institute of higher learning, or have met formal academic assessment required by No Child Left Behind Act
• Valid Texas Educational Aide certificate from the State Board for Educator Certification will be recommended by the district upon hire
• Ability to operate standard office equipment and ability to use a personal computer
