Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of a RI Department of Education approved Teacher Assistant training program.
• Associates or higher degree and coursework aligned with teacher assistant standards.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in classroom duties under the supervision of the classroom teacher.
• Assist and supervise students during lunch and recess.
• Assist students in moving to different locations within the school building.
