Job summary

KIPP NYC Public Schools is seeking Operations Aides to support one or more classrooms with essential operational tasks in NYC. Roles include part-time (29 hours or fewer) or full-time hourly work, with duties ranging from materials prep to assisting with student transitions and daily routines.

We value candidates with strong interpersonal skills, prior school-based experience, and a passion for teamwork within a mission-driven educational community. Travel to multiple NYC schools may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of materials and clerical tasks for classroom teachers.
• Support or lead lunch, recess, and arrival duties; aid student transitions throughout the day.

• Model KIPP NYC’s character strengths in interactions with students, families, and staff.
