Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong ability to assist in reading, writing and math instruction.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction to students under the direction of a certified teacher; work with individuals or small groups.
• Assist in preparing instructional materials and classroom displays.
• Assist with administration and scoring of tests and assignments.
• Maintain a neat, orderly classroom and manage equipment inventory.
• Keep administrative records and prepare required reports; assist substitute teachers.
