Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies seeks a Program Specialist to bring our curriculum to life in our centers. You will develop and lead programs from classroom implementation to ongoing enhancements that go above and beyond.

You will spend 75% of your time in the classroom educating children and mentoring teachers, partnering with parents to provide the best care and education, and supporting enrollment, accreditation, and operational goals to help children reach their highest potential.

Qualifications

• Ability to build relationships with families and coworkers in a childcare setting.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Approved State Trainer certification is preferred.
• Knowledge of NAEYC/NAC and state licensing is preferred.
• Compliance with state guidelines and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure curriculum is presented as intended and teachers can discuss learning goals.
• Spend 75% of time in the classroom educating children and mentoring teachers.
• Partner with parents to provide high-quality care and education.
• Train, motivate and lead staff and assist center management with hiring.
• Support enrollment, accreditation, and operational goals at the center.
