A Child’s Place is seeking a dependable, nurturing Center Floater to support classrooms across our Early Learning Center in Devon, PA. The role requires flexibility to step into different classrooms for infants through Pre-K and thrives on teamwork and building a safe, engaging environment.

Responsibilities include supervising children, supporting lesson plans, and communicating with families. Qualifying candidates will have a relevant degree or credits and the ability to pass required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field or equivalent coursework and experience.
• Experience working with children and maintaining supervision.
• Ability to pass background checks and clearances.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children across classrooms to maintain a safe, positive environment.
• Assist with lesson plans and adapt activities to children's needs.
• Communicate with parents through daily interactions and notes.
