Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum of two years in licensed childcare or early childhood education.
Ability to work with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and participate in activities.
Responsibilities
Provide classroom coverage for infant to preschool classrooms.
Assist with developmentally appropriate activities and daily lesson plans.
Maintain active supervision to ensure health and safety.
Support cognitive, social-emotional, physical, and language development.
Assist with classroom management using positive guidance.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
Follow schedules, routines, and licensing regulations.
Communicate effectively with staff and families.
Attend staff meetings and training.
