NEW CREATIONS CHILD CARE & LEARNING CENTER LLC in Waconia, MN, is seeking a Classroom Development Director to lead curriculum implementation and coaching. This full‑time role supports 17 centers in the Twin Cities area and works with the Site Director on daily classroom operations.

You will mentor teachers, ensure quality education, and help scale program excellence, with compensation starting at $45,000 and negotiable based on experience and education.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Teacher qualified under DCYF Rule 3 Standards; transcripts required.
• Two to three years of experience as a Teacher or leader in a related field.
• State DHS background check and fingerprints showing no felony conviction.
• First Aid & CPR certification completed within 30 days of employment.
• All DCYF orientation training completed on first day of employment.

Physical and Environmental Requirements

• Extensive standing, walking, bending, stooping, and kneeling.
• Sitting on the floor and on low chairs.
• Lifting and carrying children extensively in infant/toddler programs.
• Pushing children in buggies and strollers, walking for long periods.
• Work outdoors under varying weather conditions.
• Exposure to unpleasant odors and fluids caused by vomiting or bodily elimination.
• Exposure to loud noises such as baby crying and common play sounds.
