New Creations Childcare & Learning Centers in Waconia, MN is seeking a Classroom Development Director to elevate curriculum, improve classroom environments, and mentor new teachers. This role supports daily operations and focuses on curriculum implementation and classroom growth under the Site Director.

We require at least 18 years old with an Associate's Degree (Bachelor's preferred), teacher qualification under DCYF Rule 3, 2–3 years as a teacher or in leadership; state background check; and

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Associates degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Teacher qualification under DCYF Rule 3 standards.
• Official transcripts of post-secondary work.
• Two to three years of teaching or leadership experience.
• State DHS background check and fingerprints required.
• First Aid & CPR certification within 30 days of employment.
• DCYF orientation training completed on first day.
