For Each 1 Reach 1 in Brooksville, FL seeks a Classroom Assistant to support the Lead Teacher in providing a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment for students in private school, homeschool co‑op, and hybrid programs.

You will work with students individually and in small groups, assist with classroom organization, supervise activities, and help ensure daily operations run smoothly. A strong outlook with patience, reliability, and good communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or coursework in education is preferred.
• Experience working with children in a school, childcare, homeschool, or youth program is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Successful Florida Level 2 Background Screening required before employment.
