• Flexibility and dependability for a consistent 32-hour weekly schedule.

Responsibilities

• Support the instructional and personal needs of students in classrooms, under direction of teachers and staff.
• Assist with instructional tasks, behavior management, and supervision of students.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful, and supportive learning environment.
• Adapt and implement teacher-directed lessons and activities for students individual needs.
• Provide one-on-one or small group academic and behavioral support as required.
• Monitor student engagement during activities and transitions.
