Your Impact as a Classroom Aide
The Classroom Aide supports the lead teacher and educational team by assisting with instruction, classroom tasks, and student support. This role requires strong communication skills, reliability, teamwork, and the ability to work effectively with students and staff both in and outside the classroom.
- Assist in instruction and fulfillment of IEP mandates
- Implement established behavior plans
- Assist teacher in implementing and monitoring individual lesson plans, data collection, and charting systems
- Assist in conducting classroom activities that enhance opportunity to develop skills in areas of need
- Assist with routine classroom functions
- Maintain strict confidentiality
- Assist with home‑school communication
- Assist with all required paperwork to be completed

Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months of childcare experience
