Job summary

Crowley County School District RE-1-J-co is seeking a Paraprofessional Substitute to assist in the instructional process and support students in the absence of the regular paraprofessional. This role helps maintain a positive, structured classroom environment and ensures students receive the necessary support to succeed.

The substitute works under the supervision of the Building Administrator and K-12 Special Ed teams, contributing to a safe, engaging school day and collaborating with teachers

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Experience working with children in educational or special education settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to various classroom environments and student needs.
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards students.

Responsibilities
