Qualifications

Active Top Secret clearance with ability to maintain clearance eligibility (SCI preferred).
5+ years in infrastructure engineering, systems administration, or platform operations, enterprise/classified environments preferred.
Strong Linux/Windows Server administration, patching, hardening, troubleshooting, lifecycle support.
Experience with enterprise network environments and security-focused engineering practices.

Responsibilities

Deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot OpenShift clusters in classified environments.
Provide advanced administration for Linux and Windows servers, including patching and hardening.
Support complex deployment and upgrade activities; validate readiness and resolve issues.
Troubleshoot outages; perform root-cause analysis and drive preventive actions.
Implement security controls and accreditation requirements across environments.
Diagnose issues across compute, network, storage, and platform services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve interoperability and readiness.
Maintain runbooks, deployment procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
