Responsibilities

• Guide scholars through reasoning and argumentation using Socratic methods.
• Plan and implement a Trivium-focused classical curriculum.
• Develop lesson plans, assessments, and differentiated activities.
• Assess scholar progress and support intellectual growth and character.
• Coordinate class field trips and parent communications.
• Collaborate with staff to improve curriculum and pupil outcomes.
• Maintain classroom environment aligned with Beacons of Virtue.
