Job summary

Kinnaman’s Hot Rods in Rome, GA, is seeking an Automotive Technician / Mechanic to diagnose, repair, restore, and customize classic vehicles.

You’ll perform tune-ups, upgrades, and engine rebuilds, work with carbureted engines and vintage ignition, and troubleshoot electrical, suspension, steering, and drivetrain systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with classic cars and carbureted engines.
• Strong diagnostic abilities across electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to diagnose and repair transmissions, suspensions, and brakes.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, restore, and customize classic vehicles.
• Perform tune-ups, upgrades, and full engine rebuilds.
• Work with carbureted engines and older ignition systems.
• Diagnose and repair electrical systems (classic and modern).
• Troubleshoot suspension, steering, braking, and drivetrain systems.
• Diagnose manual and automatic transmissions.
• Perform general repairs on newer vehicles as needed.

Automotive Technician / Mechanic – Classic & Performance Vehicles

Pay: $62,400 – $72,800 annually
