Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic with Classic Car experience.
• Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems including carbureted engines.
• Ability to read schematics and use diagnostic tools effectively.

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Mechanic who is knowledgeable & has experience with Classic , Antique and Museum Cars and/or carbureted engines. As an Automotive Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various types of vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs according to standards
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and schematics
• Communicate directly with Fleet Manager and/or Owner on problems & how to fix them
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Repair or replace faulty parts and components
• Perform carbureted engine repairs as needed
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete repairs
• Keep accurate records of all services performed

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic w/ Classic Car experience
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and reading schematics
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a relaxed environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and able to articulate a plan of action
