Job summary

YDU JC Air Cond & Ref Inc.- Dubai in Albany, Missouri is looking for Class 2 Fabricators for their 2nd shift team. Candidates will ensure hardware components match the BOM and prepare products for shipment while utilizing various tools such as rivet guns and welding equipment.

This position offers on-the-job training along with medical, dental, vision coverage, a 401k with company match, and paid holidays. Experience in an industrial setting is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, interpret, and follow blueprints and build plans.
• Previous experience in an industrial setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure hardware and components match BOM.
• Install components securely and ensure proper fit and alignment.
• Prepare product to be painted and shipped.
• Install hardware and custom parts into assembly as per specification.
• Identify proper parts by reading specification sheet and blueprints.
• Utilize rivet gun, air gun, knife, welding, and other hand tools.
• Operate bridge crane or hoist for shipments.
• Perform preventative maintenance and make minor machine repairs.
• Adhere to a production schedule ensuring safety standards are met.

We are hiring for Class 2 Fabricators on our 2nd shift team!

What You Will Do

• Ensure hardware and components match BOM
• Install components securely and ensure proper fit and alignment according to the Spec Sheet
• Prepare product to be painted and shipped
• Install hardware and custom parts into assembly per specification for HVAC Units
• Identify proper parts to complete assemblies by reading specification sheet and blueprints
• Utilize rivet gun, air gun, knife, welding and other hand tools to perform duties
• Operate bridge crane or hoist shipments from shipping and receiving platform to storage or work area
• Perform preventative maintenance and make minor machine repairs as needed
• Adhere to a production schedule, ensuring all parts are properly fitted, aligned, and secured and that safety standards are always met

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow blueprints and build plans
• Previous experience in an industrial setting is a plus
