You will mentor instructors, oversee spaces for a welcoming atmosphere, and partner with the Concierge Manager to guide members to the right classes. You will also engage with the front desk and cafe areas to maintain consistency.

The role emphasizes leadership, space management, and active member engagement to uphold Life Time's quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership or management experience.
• National Group Fitness Certification and/or LifePower Yoga Certification required.
• Fitness and Nutrition Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, develop, and coach team members to deliver the best class experiences.
• Manage spaces to ensure cleanliness, organization and the right ambiance.
• Foster member connections; coordinate with the concierge manager and assist front desk and gym floor.
• Update Class content on the club Facebook group.
