Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of leadership or management experience.
• National Group Fitness Certification or LifePower Yoga Certification required.
• Fitness and Nutrition Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, develop, and coach team members to deliver the best class experiences.
• Manage class spaces to ensure cleanliness, organization, and appealing ambiance.
• Foster member connections through front desk interactions and campus activities.
• Update class content and announcements on the club's social media group.
