CXI Trucking, headquartered in Melrose Park, IL, is seeking a full-time Class C Driver for a dedicated account in North Aurora, IL.

You will start and end your day in North Aurora.

Dedicated Truck.

Employment Type: Full-time

Delivery and pickup driver in a 26-foot straight truck

Starting pay: $24.50/hour. Paid overtime after 40 hours. Guaranteed 40 hours weekly, Monday through Friday.

Home every night and every weekend.

Minimum Requirements

• Driver must be at least 23 years old
• At least 2 years of experience driving a non-CDL truck
• No more than 1 preventable accident in the past year
• Clean MVR is a plus
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to operate a lift gate and pallet jack

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate vehicle safely at all times
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Label, sign, and handle shipments according to CXI Trucking procedures
• Verify loads and secure equipment prior to transportation
• Use of pallet jack, two-wheel hand truck, and lift-gate for P&D operations
• Lift up to 75 lbs safely
• Read maps or use GPS effectively
• Communicate clearly and professionally
