Job summary

Horizon Distributors, Inc./POOLCORP is seeking a Class C Flat Bed Delivery Driver (Non CDL) for Dallas, TX. You will make local deliveries to customers, load and unload, collect payments, and ensure on-time, compliant deliveries.

Requires valid driver's license, ability to operate up to 24’ flatbed, MVR/PSP checks, and forklift certification. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and up to $3,500 in annual bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to operate up to a 26,000 GVW straight 24’ flatbed truck.
• MVR/PSP showing no more than 2 combined violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 20 lbs and occasionally up to 75 lbs.
• Forklift certification is required or must be obtained.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make deliveries using the most effective route to ensure on-time arrivals.
• Load and unload the vehicle and secure products.
• Collect payments and document deliveries accurately.
• Maintain compliance with FMCSR and perform pre/post-trip inspections.
• Keep the vehicle clean and presentable; assist with store duties.
• Maintain product knowledge and perform additional duties as assigned.
