Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Center, TX seeks a Class C Driver for frac operations. You will operate a non-CDL fueling truck on site, fueling locations, and support a 2 weeks on/1 week off schedule. Strong safety mindset and ability to follow DOT/OSHA procedures are essential.

Responsibilities include timely deliveries, accurate logs, and teamwork with Logistics. Valid Class C license and clean MVR required; 2+ years driving preferred; English literacy and basic math skills required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class C vehicles to deliver fuel, lubricants, and related products to customer locations and job sites.
• Load and unload products while following all company, DOT, and OSHA safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation, vehicle logs, and pre/post-trip inspection records.
• Communicate clearly with Logistics and team members to ensure operational efficiency.
• Follow safety and operational procedures related to hazardous materials and equipment handling.
• Assist drivers when a helper is required.
• Keep assigned vehicle clean and in good working order.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

CLASS C DRIVER - Frac Operations

ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

• This position reports to the Terminal Manager
• Reporting directly to this position: N/A

POSITION SUMMARY

• CLASS C DRIVERS fuel auxiliary equipment at customer frac locations, rotating 12 hrs shifts, using a non-cdl fueling truck stationed on site.
• This role will be working on a frac operation site with a 2 weeks on, 1 week off schedule.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safely operate Class C vehicles to deliver fuel, lubricants, and related products to customer locations and job sites.
• Load and unload products while following all company, DOT, and OSHA safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation, vehicle logs, and pre/post-trip inspection records.
• Communicate clearly with Logistics and team members to ensure operational efficiency.
• Follow safety and operational procedures related to hazardous materials and equipment handling.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record).
• 2+ years of professional driving experience preferred.

REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES

• Must have dependable transportation to and from work.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Basic communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
• High level of responsibility and safety awareness.
• Mechanical knowledge is a plus.
• Must be able to perform basic math and use a computer or tablet for basic tasks.
• Forklift or Skytrax operation experience is preferred (or ability to be certified).
• Understanding of fuel pumping procedures required.
• Must pass background check and drug screening in accordance with company policy.

PHYSICAL AND TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, and stand or sit for extended periods, both indoors and outdoors.
• Must be physically able to operate a variety of equipment.
