Job summary

Restaurant Technologies is seeking a CDL-certified Delivery Service Driver to run local routes and deliver cooking oil to commercial kitchens in Noblesville, IN. You will operate an automatic straight truck (12,000–20,000 lb.

GVW), ensuring safe, accurate deliveries and outstanding customer service. The schedule is Sunday through Wednesday, four 10-hour shifts starting at 6:00 PM ET, with one overnight hotel stay weekly.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid CDL Class A or B with Tanker Endorsement.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
• Strong safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Operate an automatic straight truck on local delivery routes delivering cooking oil to commercial kitchens.
• Safely connect hoses to customer oil tanks to load and unload oil.
• Use company iPhone apps for route tracking, invoicing, and compliance.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers to meet their needs.
• Monitor tank levels to avoid oil outs and ensure seamless service.
• Uphold DOT, OSHA, and HACCP safety standards.

  • The pay for this position is $29.00 per hour. Shift differential and overtime pay may also apply, and the position is also eligible for a quarterly bonus of up to $5,200 per year.

Primary Job Accountabilities

What You’ll Do:

• As a CDL-certified Delivery Service Driver, you will operate an automatic straight truck (12,000–20,000 lb. GVW) on local delivery routes, delivering cooking oil to commercial kitchens while ensuring safe, accurate deliveries and excellent customer service.
• Safely connect to truck hoses to customer oil tanks to load and unload cooking oil
• Use company-issued iPhone apps for route tracking, invoicing, and compliance
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers to meet their needs
• Monitor tank levels to avoid oil outs and ensure seamless service
• Always uphold DOT, OSHA, and HACCP safety standard.

Education, Requirements & Competencies

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid CDL Class A or B with Tanker Endorsement
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (climbing ladders, bending, twisting, etc.)
• Strong safety mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED highly preferred
• 2+ years of CDL-regulated driving experience
• Bilingual
• Comfortable using hand tools and performing basic troubleshooting

• Safe Driving Record (Past 36 Months): Limited MVR moving violations or PSP report violations.
• Zero Tolerance (Past 5 Years): No speeding over 100 mph
• Drug & Alcohol Compliance: This position requires the operation of a DOT-regulated vehicle, and candidates will be subject to passing a DOT-mandated pre-employment drug test. Please be advised, a positive result for any controlled substance will disqualify applicants; including marijuana (THC), even if it is legal under state or local law. Additionally, Subject to DOT random drug and alcohol testing after hire.
