Job summary

Johnson Brothers Liquor Company in Asheville/Weaverville is seeking a Non-CDL Driver to deliver to local retailers and eateries. CDL not required, but Class A or B is a plus. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is offered, paid in installments during the first six months, contingent on attendance.

The driver will perform route deliveries, check-in merchandise, complete route paperwork, and assist teammates as needed. Applicants must meet safety and background requirements and pass a drug screen.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required.
• Active Class B CDL license preferred (A or B is a plus).
• Clean driving record in last 3 years.
• Ability to lift 40-60 pounds repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver to local retail customers, grocery stores, and restaurants within the surrounding area.
• Check-in merchandise and maintain route paperwork.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and keep the truck clean.
• Assist other drivers on routes as needed.

Bonus is paid in installments during your first 6 months and is contingent upon meeting attendance expectations.Delivery Driver will make deliveries to local retail customers, grocery stores, restaurants within the surrounding area.
