Job summary

Minnetonka Public Schools is seeking a paraprofessional for a 7-hour daily schedule at Minnetonka Middle School West. The position offers a minimum hourly rate of $21.42 with a new rate for 2026-2027 and is benefit eligible.

Responsibilities

• Observe and guide student behavior in the building, hallways and classrooms.
• Perform observation duties in the cafeteria, bus loading area, and parking lot.
• Greet visitors at entrance doors and address student-to-student conflicts.
• Enforce school rules and escort students as requested by administrators.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by an administrator.

Job Responsibilities

• Observe and guide student behavior in the building, hallways, classrooms, locker rooms. bus loading area, and parking lot.
• Perform observation duties in the lunchroom and assist with general cleanup
• Greet visitors at entrance doors
• Address student to student conflicts
• Enforce all school rules and policies
• Escort students throughout the building as requested.
• Perform additional and special duties as assigned by an administrator
