Job summary

Clean Harbors in Dodge City, KS is seeking a Sales and Service Route Driver to operate a Class B box truck, service parts washer machines, and collect hazardous waste along a defined route. You will also upsell products and services at customer sites while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role is Monday–Friday, first shift, with a monthly bonus and CDL B sponsorship for candidates with route experience. Eligible for company benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Class B CDL required.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsement within 90 days of employment.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive a Class B box truck and service parts washer machines.
• Pick up containerized hazardous waste and manage routes.
• Upsell at customer locations and generate new leads.
• Maintain safety compliance and follow DOT rules.
• Complete daily scheduled services and deliveries.
