Job summary

Safety-Kleen, a subsidiary of Clean Harbors, seeks a Class B CDL Sales Route Driver to provide on-site service for parts washer machines, pick up hazardous waste, and sell products along a defined route from Davenport, IA. You will train to drive a Class B box truck with a focus on safety and customer service.

The role features a Monday–Friday schedule, home daily, with an 6–7 am start and 8–10 hour days. Training may require being away from home; training is paid and expenses are covered.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class B CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements within 90 days.
• Good written and verbal communication and basic computer/math skills.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug test, and medical exam as required.

Responsibilities

• Visit 10-12 customer sites per day.
• Switch out 15- and 30-gallon drums of solutions.
• Service parts washer machines and clean sediment from sinks.
• Upsell at customer locations and generate new leads.
• Service automotive repair fleets and manufacturing customers.
• Complete daily scheduled services, deliveries, and pickups on time.
• Follow local, state/provincial and federal regulations and safety rules.
• Operate vehicles in compliance with DOT and company safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
