Interstate Waste Services is Now Hiring CDL B Commercial Roll Off Truck Drivers!

Location: Old Bridge, NJ

Safety is our first Priority!

$27.90/Hour

1 year Roll Off experience is REQUIRED

• Monday thru Friday with occasional Saturday hours
• Early start time - 4:30 or 5am
• Hourly pay - $27.90 with overtime pay
• Year Round-Steady work

We serve residential, industrial, and commercial customers and prioritize safety, quality, and environmental responsibility.

Essential Job Functions

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to:

• Safely operate front, side, or rear-loading trucks for waste or recyclable material pick-up.
• Transport materials to disposal, transfer, or recycling facilities, potentially making multiple trips per shift.
• Operate both manual and automatic trucks.
• Repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds, move and maneuver up to 100 pounds, and mount/dismount the truck multiple times per route.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid Class A or B CDL with airbrake endorsement.
• At least 1-year CDL driving experience in the last 7 years.
• Excellent safety record and clean MVR.
• Knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and traffic regulations.
• Ability to read and speak English, understand maps, and respond to official questions.
• Meet physical and safety requirements; willingness to work weekends, nights, or holidays as needed.
