Position Overview

We are hiring CDL B Truck Drivers responsible for safely operating front, side, or rear-loading trucks to pick up waste or recyclables, transporting materials to disposal, transfer, or recycling facilities, often making multiple trips per shift.

Job Highlights

• Operate trucks safely for waste or recyclable material pickup
• Transport materials to appropriate facilities
• Manual & Automatic Trucks used
• Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds and maneuvering up to 100 pounds, with multiple truck mount/dismounts per route

Minimum Requirements

• At least 21 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid Class A or B CDL with Airbrake Endorsement
• One year CDL driving experience in last 7 years
• Clean MVR
• Experience in waste management preferred
• Knowledge of DOT, OSHA, Traffic Regulations
• Ability to communicate in English, read maps, and meet physical and safety standards
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, nights, and holidays

Additional Requirements

• Navigate through congested and tight city areas
• Perform skilled backing maneuvers
• Conduct pre- and post-inspections ensuring compliance with safety standards
