Daniels Health in Richmond, VA seeks a dependable Class B Driver with hazmat endorsement to support healthcare routes. You will collect and transport medical waste and sharps, operate up to 26' box trucks, and provide top-tier service to hospitals and healthcare facilities along a local route.

The role offers consistent daytime hours and a non-seasonal schedule, with a $3k sign-on bonus for new hires ($1k after 30 days, $2k after 90 days).

Formación

• Valid Class B license or valid driver's license with a clean driving record and DOT medical card
• Experience operating vehicles up to 26' box trucks
• Familiarity with DOT compliance, logging hours, and roadside inspections
• Confidence completing Level 1-3 DOT road checks
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and proven tenure with past employers

Responsabilidades

• Operate company vehicles up to 26' box trucks
• Manage assigned local routes and deliver timely, reliable service
• Complete deliveries according to schedule and communicate route changes or issues
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain DOT compliance including logs and roadside inspections
• Load and unload containers (heavy lifting) and organize truck based on route needs
• Build positive relationships with healthcare customers through professional, friendly service

**This position is offering a $3k sign-on bonus for new hires. $1k paid after 30 days of employment and $2k paid after 90 days of employment!**

What will your job involve?

Driving & Route Responsibilities

• Safely collect, transport, and store medical waste and sharps containers
• Operate company vehicles up to 26' box trucks
• Manage assigned local routes and deliver timely, reliable service
• Complete deliveries according to schedule and communicate route changes or issues
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain DOT compliance including logs and roadside inspections

Physical & Customer-Facing Work

• Load and unload containers throughout the day (heavy lifting required)
• Organize and prioritize your truck based on route needs
• Build positive relationships with healthcare customers through professional, friendly service

What are we looking for?
