Job summary

Clean Harbors in Fresno, CA is seeking a Class B Driver (Retail Technician) to provide environmental services including collection, disposal, and recycling activities. Training is provided, and a 2-week out-of-state academy may be required. A Class B CDL is needed, with hazmat obtainable within 45 days of employment.

Pay range $24–$25 per hour; OT after 10–12 hour days. Health benefits begin after 30 days of full-time employment, plus 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers.
• Willingness to complete required training and certifications.
• Must pass a background check, drug test, and physical per position requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the top priority and comply with all safety policies.
• Pick up, pack and transport damaged, discarded goods and recalled products.
• Load, pack and segregate materials and waste for safe transport.
• Drive a Box Truck and visit retail customer sites.
• Prepare DOT shipping documents and maintain accurate records.
• Interact with customers at each stop and ensure proper packaging.
• Follow all regulatory and company health and safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
