Trulite Glass and Aluminum Solutions is seeking a Class B CDL Delivery Driver in Cheswick, PA. This role involves loading/unloading glass, delivering to addresses, and handling pickups while maintaining routes and logs. Starts 5 AM, Mon-Fri, with a sign-on bonus and day-one benefits.

The position requires a Class B CDL with at least 1 year of experience, the ability to lift 75 lbs, and proficiency with navigation tools. Flatbed and Moffett experience are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Has Class B CDL and reliable driving record.
• Minimum 1 year CDL driving experience post school.
• Must pass a 7-year MVR check.
• Flatbed experience preferred.
• Moffett experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to lift 75 lbs and work in varying weather.
• Proficient in using GPS and maps for routing.
• Able to plan efficient delivery routes.
• Maintain basic logs and records.

Responsibilities

• Plan and complete efficient daily delivery and pick-up routes.
• Load and unload glass on the truck.
• Deliver glass to addresses and obtain signatures when needed.
• Pickup items along route and return company orders.
• Maintain truck mileage and delivery records.
• Ensure vehicle service per maintenance schedule; report issues.
• Assist in general warehouse duties when route ends.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

$2,000 Sign on Bonus ($1,000 at 90 days, $1,000 at 6 months)

Who You Are:

A highly motivated and hard-working, reliable, and punctual Delivery Driver. Someone who is ambitious and hardworking and does not mind working in various weather conditions. This is a high-touch position that requires the Delivery Driver to assist with loading and unloading.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Plans and completes an efficient delivery and pick-up route for the day.
• Loads and unloads truck of glass scheduled for delivery.
• Delivers glass to correct addresses, obtaining signatures and proof of receipt when necessary.
• Picks up glass along the scheduled route, including items to be returned, company orders, and other items as requested.
• Maintains basic records of truck mileage and deliveries made.
• Ensures that delivery vehicle receives basic service according to maintenance schedule; reports larger service needs and mechanical issues to supervisor.
• Assists in general warehouse duties when the delivery route is completed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Skills You Bring:

• Class B CDL license with minimum 1 year of CDL driving experience after school.
• Must be able to pass a 7 yr MVR
• Flatbed experience highly preferred
• Moffett experience highly preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
• Must be able to work in hot or cold temperatures.
• Ability to use navigation tools such as onboard GPS, smartphone apps, and/or web-based or physical maps.
• Ability to plan delivery routes.
• Ability to maintain basic logs and records.
• Able to always remain professional and courteous.
