Job Description: Local Delivery Driver at Mohawk Industries

We are seeking a dedicated Local Delivery Driver to join our team at Mohawk Industries, a Fortune 500 flooring company with a rich history of over 130 years. This role involves transporting our products to retail centers, warehouses, and job sites across North America.

Responsibilities:

1. Climb onto 48" decks and lift up to 50 lbs.
2. Move slab bundles within the warehouse and perform warehouse tasks when not delivering.
3. Ensure timely and safe delivery of products to various locations.

Qualifications:

1. At least 23 years old.
2. Possess a valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL).
3. Minimum of 6 months of commercial driving experience.
4. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
5. Ability to maneuver heavy products using forklifts and pallet jacks.
6. Willingness to work a flexible schedule.

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay Range: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour, determined individually, with potential additional earnings from commissions, bonuses, and incentives.
