Job summary

Mars Electric Co. is looking for a dedicated Class B CDL Route Driver to join our team in Mayfield, Ohio. In this role, you will drive company vehicles, deliver materials, and ensure all deliveries are safely made. A valid Class B CDL and medical examiner’s card are required, along with at least 2 years of driving experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• On the Road: Drive company vehicles to deliver materials to customer locations and job sites, as well as our Mars branch locations.
• Hands‑On Work: Load and unload materials using pallet jacks, lift gates, and hand unloading – all while staying safe and organized. This is not a dock‑to‑dock role.
• Fast‑Paced Environment: You’ll be making multiple deliveries each day, keeping you on your toes and moving quickly!
• Safety First: Conduct daily pre/post‑trip vehicle inspections, follow safety procedures, and ensure all deliveries are made on time and safely.
• Working First Shift: Weekend work may come up on a voluntary basis.

What We’re Looking For:

• Medical Examiner’s Card required.
• Valid Class B CDL required.
• At least 2 years of driving experience with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, and climbing.
• Strong work ethic, with the ability to manage your time and stay on top of deliveries.
• Positive attitude and great customer service skills to ensure our customers receive the best experience possible.
