Job summary

Austin Wood Recycling in Texas is seeking an experienced Commercial Driver (Class A or B CDL) to join our growing transportation team. You will perform pre/post trip inspections, safely transport mulch, soils, and aggregates, complete required paperwork, and maintain a professional demeanor when engaging with customers.

The role requires working up to 60 hours weekly, including Saturdays, with overtime. A clean driving record, ability to pass a drug screening, and prior tractor trailer/roll-off

Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B required; depends on position.
• Ability to work +/- 60 hours per week including Saturdays.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre/post trip inspections and comply with hours of service.
• Safely transport product and equipment to job locations.
• Complete basic daily vehicle service tasks, including cleaning.
• Submit all required paperwork daily.
• Report accidents and injuries promptly.
• Follow standard operating procedures and wear safety gear.
• Other duties as assigned.
