A national client is seeking Class Action Claims Attorneys to join a year-long project.

The attorneys will be key members of a project team handling class action litigation matters. Note: These are not eDiscovery document review roles, although document review experience is a plus.

This position is 100% fully remote and is a one-year contract with potential for extension.

Claims Attorneys will ensure consumer discussions are effective and empathetic. The role requires collaboration with internal teams, project managers, and clients. Attention to quality assurance and meeting deadlines are essential.

Candidates must: a) be licensed in a US state, and b) have at least 2 years of legal experience. Experience in financial services is a plus.

Pay is $30/hour, with overtime periodically approved. Overtime begins after 40 hours, paid at 1.5x rate ($45/hr).
