The Cincinnati, OH office of Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP is actively seeking an attorney to join its Commercial Litigation Practice. The ideal candidate has 2 to 15 years of experience handling commercial litigation and large class actions, including representing institutional SFR/BTR companies in defense litigation.

Qualifications

• At least 2 to 15 years of experience handling commercial litigation and large class actions.
• Experience representing institutional SFR/BTR companies in defense litigation.
• Superior writing, analytical, and research abilities; strong communication skills.
• Admission to the Ohio Bar is required; Alabama Bar a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of litigation: drafting and reviewing pleadings, research, motions, and oral advocacy.
• Focus on complex commercial matters and class actions for defense teams.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to manage national compliance matters.
