Job summary

The Atlanta, GA office of Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP is actively seeking an attorney to join its Commercial Litigation Practice. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 15 years of experience handling commercial litigation and large class actions, with a focus on defending institutional SFR/BTR companies in fair housing, investigations, employment, and national compliance.

Admission to the Georgia Bar is required; Alabama Bar admission is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia Bar license is required.
• 2 to 15 years of experience in commercial litigation and large class actions.
• Experience representing institutional SFR/BTR companies in defense litigation and related areas.

Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of litigation, including drafting and reviewing pleadings, legal research and analysis.
• Conduct motion practice and provide oral advocacy in court.
• Demonstrate superior writing, analytical and communication skills.
