Job summary

Universal Logistics is seeking a CLASS A Yard Switcher for 1st shift (6am–2:30pm, Mon–Fri). The role may be required to cover 2nd shift (2pm–10:30pm) or 3rd shift (10pm–6:30am) as needed. Pay rate is $23/hour with benefits after 90 days.

The position requires a valid AL Class A CDL, minimal yard switcher or tractor/trailer experience, and a clean driving record. DOT Medical Card and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Valid AL Class A CDL license required.
• Minimum 3 months yard switcher or 6 months tractor/trailer experience.
• No DUI/OWI in last 5 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in last 3 years.
• No more than 2 preventable accidents in last 3 years.
• Current DOT Medical Card.

Universal Logistics is seeking a CLASS A Yard Switcher! 1st shift hours: 6am to 2:30pm Monday through Friday. This position is REQUIRED to cover 2nd Shift 2pm to 10:30pm or 3rdshift 10pm to 6:30amas needed.

Pay Rate: $23/hour

Requirements:

• No more than 2 preventable accidents in the last 3 years
