Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and domicile in the U.S.
• DOT medical card required (or ability to obtain)
• 1 year tractor-trailer experience in last 3 years or 2 years in last 5 years
• 3 years DMV/MVR with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
• Ability to meet federal/state requirements and safety regulations
• English language proficiency mandatory
• Background check and drug screening required

Responsibilities

• Move trailers in and out of dock as directed
• Couple and uncouple trailers
• Chock and spot trailers for loading/unloading
• Support and manage yard flow and safety initiatives
• Maintain high level of customer service while driving
• Follow Penske safety culture and procedures
