Ecology Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a qualified Class A Driver to join our Transportation team in Long Beach. This role operates Walking Floor Trailers, maintaining safety and regulatory compliance while ensuring timely deliveries.

A CDL is required, with a strong commitment to environmental sustainability and efficient transportation. The position involves early hours (3 AM to 3 PM, Monday–Saturday) and a competitive compensation package with benefits.

Qualificações

• Valid Class A CDL with endorsements (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years verifiable Class A Driver experience
• Strong understanding of transportation regulations and safety protocols
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds as needed
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
• Demonstrated reliability and ability to meet delivery deadlines
• Familiarity with DOT regulations and logbook requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsabilidades

• Safely operate Walking Floor Trailers to transport materials to designated locations.
• Adhere to traffic laws, regulations, and company policies for safe transportation.
• Inspect and maintain Walking Floor Trailers, report issues promptly.
• Load and unload materials securely following procedures.
• Complete required paperwork such as logbooks and delivery receipts on time.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, team members and clients.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections for safety compliance.
• Follow routes and schedules, adjust as needed for changes.
• Adhere to environmental regulations and company guidelines for disposal of materials.
