Job summary

NIS EXPRESS in Durant, OK is seeking CDL-A drivers to start or grow a long-haul career. New CDL-A holders are welcome or drivers with 6+ months of solo experience; completion of 120+ hours at an accredited CDL school is required.

Home every 2–3 weeks with 1,800–2,400 miles weekly across 27 states. Pay includes trainee $800/week, $1,000/week after going solo for 3 months, and $1,300–$1,800 weekly as experience grows; mileage starts at $0.50 per mile, plus $15 per stop, with benefits and a 401k.

• 21 years of age or older
• Driver's license valid in current state of residence
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years
• No DUI/DWI within the past 5 to 10 years
• Must pass a hair and urine drug screen

Responsibilities

• Freight runs east of Denver, skipping New England, spanning 27 states

• No DUI/DWI within the past 5 to 10 years
• Must pass a hair and urine drug screen

Pay Breakdown

• $800/week trainee pay during your training period
• $1,000/week guaranteed for the first 3 months after going solo
• $1,300 to $1,800 average weekly pay as your experience grows
• Mileage rate starts at $0.50 cpm on a 6 month pay band
• $15 per stop, unload pay matches OTR rate when it applies

On the Road

• 1,800 to 2,400 miles weekly
