• Base Rate: Launch your employment at $0.56 CPM, with scheduled advancements up to $0.64 CPM as you clock more hours.
• Weekly Revenue: Gross averages run between $1,300 and $1,500.
• Short-Haul Incentive: A flat $40 bonus applies to any assignment under 100 miles.
• Stop Pay: An additional $15 is paid for every single stop on your route.
• Extra Rewards: Eligibility for our safety and performance bonus program begins immediately.

What does the schedule and driving territory look like?

• Home Time: Enjoy a regular 34-hour restart away from the truck every single week.
• Workload: Expect roughly 1,800 miles per week with no seasonal drops or slow periods.
• Logistics: Operate with a single dedicated planner. Freight management includes a balanced mix of live loading/unloading, preloaded trailers, and drop-and-hook tasks.
