• Must successfully pass the standard DOT physical and drug screening.

Financial Package & Pay Structure

• Base Mileage Pay: Start at $0.56 CPM, scaling up to $0.64 CPM as your tenure increases.
• Estimated Weekly Gross: Earn between $1,300 and $1,500 per week.
• Additional Compensation:
  • $40 flat rate for short-haul runs under 100 miles.
  • $15 compensation per stop.
  • Performance-based incentive program.

Schedule, Territory & Mileage

• Home Status: Reset your clock at home every single week (34-hour restart).
• Consistent Volume: Expect approximately 1,800 miles per week, with steady freight year-round.
• Dispatch & Operations: Assisted by an individual route planner. Freight involves a blend of pre-loads, drop & hook, and live freight handling.
• Shift Availability: Options include daytime, nighttime, or rotating schedules. Weekend shifts are a requirement.
• Please note: This dedicated lane operates through winter/cold weather regions.

Paid Student & Trainee Program

• Duration: 4 to 6 weeks alongside a professional driver trainer (fully compensated).
