NIS EXPRESS is hiring for a dedicated CDL‑A truck driving position in Ohio, offering steady miles and weekly home time. You'll start with a competitive pay rate of $0.56 CPM, increasing with experience, and earn a gross average of $1,300 to $1,500 weekly. The role includes a paid training program lasting 4 to 6 weeks with an experienced trainer.

Home every week. Steady miles. A lane you can count on. If you just earned your CDL‑A or have up to 6 months behind the wheel, this Ohio dedicated position puts you to work fast — with a clear path to higher pay as you build hours.

Earnings

• Starting rate: $0.56 CPM — goes up to $0.64 CPM as you gain experience
• Weekly gross average: $1,300 to $1,500
• Extra pay on short loads: $40 flat for anything under 100 miles
• $15.00 per stop
• Performance bonus program

Your Schedule

• Ohio dedicated — out and back, same region every week
• 34‑hour restart hometime
• Day, night, or rotation available
• Weekend availability required

Freight & Miles

• Roughly 1,800 miles weekly — consistent, no slow weeks
• Your own dedicated planner keeping you loaded
• Drop & hook, preload, live load and unload all in the mix
• Heads up: lane runs through cold weather territory

Paid CDL Training Program

• 4 to 6 weeks with an experienced trainer — you get paid the whole time
• Solo position from day one after training — no team driving
• Hit $0.56 CPM the moment you take the wheel solo
